Episode 12
On carnival day, Niklas dresses up as a cowboy and Nikita wears a little princess costume. Niklas wants to join the big human carnival—but Nikita pulls in a different direction and gets her way: straight to the dog park. There they meet other people who had the same plan and ended up following their dogs, too. While the humans stay neat, the dogs’ costumes quickly get messy and rumpled—because the dogs don’t care about costumes when playing is on the agenda. An elderly lady laughs and says it’s the same every single year. On the way home, the street-cleaning truck is already coming toward them—the human carnival is over. Back on their sofa, Niklas and Nikita are perfectly happy: carnival can be quiet, too.
